It is my great pleasure and privilege to welcome you to the Lift Rawlett website.
My name is Tom Martin, and I am the new Head of School. It is an immense honour to be entrusted with leading this community, and I have been overwhelmed by the warmth of the welcome I have received from students, staff, and parents since my arrival.
From my very first visit, it was clear that Lift Rawlett is a special place. There is a palpable sense of community, a dedication to nurturing each child, and a vibrant, purposeful atmosphere that makes learning a joy.
My vision is to build on these fantastic foundations. I am committed to upholding the highest academic standards while ensuring we provide a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment. I believe in an education that develops the whole child—equipping them not only with knowledge and skills but also with the curiosity, resilience, and kindness needed to thrive in the world.
